On October 2001, the US Congress has passed into law the US Patriot Act which formulates homeland security measures and combating burdens of the State on vulnerabilities and risks of present and future terrorist threat. The US Patriot Act of 2001 was the first enacted law that legally addresses the strong counter-terrorism measures of the US government that empowers all rules and regulations of the state’s homeland security. All US government agencies were enjoined to formulate a national and international operating guidelines relating to addressing a firmer global counter-terrorism policies and strategic sharing of burdens of information with allied international governments. The timeline of enforcement of the US Patriot Act of 2001 has accounted serious human errors in the conduct of enforcement to which the standard operating procedures constituted by the rules of court have been summarily neglected and to the point of being grossly deviated, specifically in serving search and arrest warrants that is likewise violating the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The issue of encroachment of the rules of court in issuance of search and arrest warrant has become a constitutional concern of the US Congress and the United Nation’s Commission on Human Rights (Leggiere, P. 2004). Cons What could be claimed as a disadvantage upon the passage of the proposed Amendment is the dysfunction in covert and strategic operation in homeland security management. The dysfunction could be a vague issue but could be a burden in gathering of intelligence information for suspected terrorists and enemies of the state. However, in today’s application of advanced cyber-technologies, the US authorities may ultimately resort and rely on such expensive tools that may be useful enough for intelligence reconnaissance. Biography of Dwight David Eisenhower On October 14, 1890, Mrs. Ida Elizabeth Eisenhower gave birth to her third son, Dwight David. He was a younger brother to Arthur B. and Edgar A. Eisenhower. Dwight was born in Denison, Texas, where his family was living at the time. After his father’s general store went out of business in Abilene, Kansas, they were forced to move to Texas, where Mr. David Eisenhower landed a forty-dollar a month job at a small railroad there. Back in Abilene, a new creamery plant was built and an old friend of Mr. Eisenhower asked him to move back and work for him. It did not pay much more than his job in Texas, but the chance of advancement was better. In the spring of 1891, the Eisenhower family boarded a train and left for Kansas. They lived in a small house in Kansas on South East Second Street where Mrs. Eisenhower gave birth to three more sons. The first one born there was Roy J. who was strong and healthy like his older brothers. He was born on August 9, 1892. The next son, born on May 12, 1894, died after a few months. The last son was born on February 1, 1898 and was named Earl D. Needing a bigger house because of all the children, the Eisenhowers moved. Mr. Eisenhower’s brother, Abraham, sold them a house on 201 South East Fourth Street. Growing up, Dwight’s older brothers gave him the nickname, Ike. Ike and his brothers did a lot of work around the house. They would alternate between waking up at four o’clock A.M. to shovel coal into the furnace, milking the cow, washing dishes, other housework, feeding the horse, tending the garden, and gathering eggs. They also had to cook meals. The only extra money the boys had was supplied by themselves. Their father gave them each a small portion of the garden to raise crops, and sell to the people of Abilene. Although it was not much money, the boys were happy with what they had. Ike’s mother supplied the energy needed to run the house. While the children were at school and her husband at work, she managed the garden and livestock, thus feeding the family. She did most of the disciplining, except for the most severe misconduct, which was handled by her husband. Most importantly, she held the house together. She was a deeply religious woman. She believed firmly in her Christian beliefs and opposed all violence and war. Ike’s father was a quiet man who was well respected. ... ...used of corruption for accepting gifts from a businessman who had problems with the Internal Revenue Service, along with many other problems. Other problems Ike had during his second term included a civil rights crisis in 1957, problems with Fidel Castro, clashes with Communist China in 1955 and again in 1958, and with the Soviets over Berlin in 1959. Overall, as a political leader, Ike rejected extremes. He sought the middle ground on every political problem, and believed that the extremes to the right and to the left in any political dispute are always wrong. The Constitution prevented Ike from running again in 1960, thus he retired to a small farm he owned outside Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. There he raised cattle on his farm and spent the winter months in Palm Desert, California playing golf. Although he was retired, he still played a part in politics. In 1964, he endorsed Republican presidential candidate Barry Goldwater, who lost, and in 1968 supported his former Vice Preside nt, Richard Nixon, who won. Soon after, Ike’s health began to fail. In 1965, he suffered three more heart attacks, and spent his last few months in Walter Reed Army Hospital. Ike died on March 28, 1961.

I am definitely a quick learner which is very beneficial to on the spot coverage for a co-worker, was trained for basic process to handle JABBER for only half a day since my co-worker needs to go to an emergency leave for 3 weeks, midyear n 2013 and helped my peer with relaying referrals to JABBER when she had a foot surgery which leads me to be an alternate on handling JABBER. I was managing authorizations for all local primary care that goes to a native facility, SEC Orthopedic and .NET after ELL was passed on to one of my peers.I was assigned to be a mentor to new employee to assist with all work related issues. On late December 201 3, was asked by my Supervisor to manage JABBER in place of my peer that volunteered for another task. I was handling all officer consults, authorizations and referral management along tit SF which is also considered a big task due to a number of patients that's being sent to their facility and all other local primary care that are being sent to native facilities for almost 9 months. Created a spreadsheet via Microsoft Excel for all JABBER clinics for easy tracking.I volunteer to work TOT every Saturday to take down Mammography consults and all other categories that needs to be worked on. I have been asked questions and advice by my peers (Nurses and Ma's) on work related issues, especially new employees. I've been constantly picked by my supervisor to process urgent or implicated consults on account of having an excellent attention to details and accuracy.Due to my ability to learn new skills quickly, I became a part of the reconciliation team r egardless of being new, working on a spreadsheet via Microsoft Excel consisting of over 2000 plus claims to determine, track down, adjust or cancel used or unused authorizations on a weekly task to recoup funds that had been obligated to vendors but never used, it was then used for processing backlogged pending authorizations for this FYI. In addition I was also assigned by the chief of our department to assist on identifying/ recessing denied and duplicate claims.I efficiently identified hundreds of duplicate/denied claims from previous FYI. I've been a part of a group of Mass and nurses working to close out thousands of outdated consults. I assisted going through a spreadsheet determining which authorizations needs to be closed (nickered) out freeing up funds for use of unprocessed and pending authorizations. 2. Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively, both orally and in writing, in order to meet program objectives. This may include preparing reports in various formats an d presenting data to various organizational levels.I became the point of contact for all veterans from the Electronic Wait List (ELL) that are being seen in Providence Health & Wellness, Providence Senior Care Center, Mat-Us and Southeastern Foundation for their local primary care. Constantly communicating with the vendors and patients to coordinate appointments, consults, ERR visits and authorizations to ensure care for our veterans. Maintaining/ Updating a spreadsheet and writing appropriate notes/ comments to track down number of veterans being seen for local primary care outside VA.As an alternate MASS for JABBER, assist in coordinating all veteran consults between the Joint Venture Hospital and Veteran's Administration. I am one of the only two Mass with access to the computerized medical records system at Elmsford Air Force Base Hospital. I assist in entering consults and authorizations for all care received at the Joint Venture. Assists on directing veterans, their dependents , and beneficiaries via telephone communication when covering the ACED line. 3.Advanced knowledge of the technical health care process as it relates to access to care. Proficient in CPRM, r-BCC Authorization, Vista, Microsoft Access (NBC Letters) which is utilized in consult management and referral process. Skilled in operating FIBS Distribution and Processing which utilize when working with the reconciliation and claims, SUCH which is utilized for entering BIER consults, scheduling and printing notes/ reports such as referrals, orders and reports for labs, CT, MR., Grays etc.Equally competent in utilizing systems such as RPM which is comparable to Vista, Signature and LATA which is comparable to CPRM, AFC System for electronic receipt Of documents faxed available for review and processing of healthcare providers. 4. Advanced knowledge of managing a clinic. This includes independently utilizing reference sources, decision-making, and empowering the team to collaborate and resolve pr oblems within a complex systems environment.Worked as a Case Manager Assistant at the Alaska Native Medical Center, Internal Medicine Clinic managing one of the 7 sub-specialty clinics, General Medicine with two Case Managers (nurses) and 3 doctors responsible for having the doctors review the consults according to urgency, coordinating appointments or patients, scheduling surgeries/ procedures, taking care of patient's travel and lodging. – Manages consults, authorizations, updating spreadsheet (monitoring and tracking) of the Electronic Waiting List (ELL) for four locally and out of town clinics.Such clinics are as follows; Providence Health and Wellness, Providence Senior Care Center, Providence Mates-Regional and South Central Foundation. The individuality of people in modern-day society is upheld and encouraged, where each person is typically given the freedom to choose and not bound by an overbearing power.
